ms pickie and mr elephant

took leave today and went for my med appointment. doc said that mynee is getting better and there is no need to go for further checkups.

decided to go for some bus hopping adventure after that.

51 from queenstown-> 133 from bugis-> 147 from boon keng-> 82 from serangoon -> home!

that took me 3hrs+. if i took train it will only be like at most 1hr? but i managed to save the $2+ mrt fare and made full use of my bus concession! lol~

i was actually looking around for the latest issue of 8 days. it comes bundled with free gifts which includes a plastic 'i am a plastic bag' pouch, some post it notes and sampler bottles of that 'asian beauty' shampoo and original source body gel.

the problem was that the 7-11s in my neighbourhood had already sold out them and i refused to buy from regular newstand as i think 7-11 includes another exclusive free gift. so i decided to check out other stores.

haha! i feel so auntie sia. lol!

anyway, about ms pickie and mr elephant, i met them on the 147 bus. it was around 7pm and the bus is damn crowded. i was sitting between the 2 of them on the seats that faced each other.

mr elephant was like sleeping he kept lying onto my side, occupying 1/4 of my seat. i called him mr elephant because he smells like one. i know i am being very bad but i really cant stand it. so i had no choice but to face my left, where ms pickie was.

ms pickie was ms pickie because she was digging her nose with her pickie. on a crowded bus and right in front of my face! and she did it openly and for like 10mins?!

so i decided to alight and changed to another bus.

another day of my bus hopping adventure...
