0530 =breakfast
1000 =morning break
1200 =lunch
1500 =tea break
1900 =dinner
this has been my routine for the past few weeks. working in an office is really a good opportunity for some weight gaining. there is lots of time for breaks and we don't really do any exercise except for some slack running/gymming/aerobics every alternate mornings.
so far i managed to gain ard 1kg in 2 weeks. hope will get fatter soon. but my wallet is getting thinner and thinner...
